First class hotel. Stayed 10 days and could have stayed longer. The rooms are 4 star and the staff maintained this at a very high level. The reception staff made our visit very easy with there knowledge of the area. And the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Quyen and Nguyen were wonderful in service and there happy smiles made for a lovely experience. Well done to the Management here. This is a well run hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Extremely clean, the towels are changed every day, bedsheets - each couple of days. New plumbing in the bathroom, good water pressure. Sea view from your shower. No smoking in the rooms or at the balconies. The elevators are fast. The WiFi was good enough for regular zoom calls with really rare blackouts or slowing down (I stayed on the 8th floor) Breakfast is similar every day, with quite enough options. The gym was totally ok for regular workouts, the AC works in the gym. The pool and the gym are almost always empty. The view from the pool is spectacular, with enough WiFi to continue working there I stayed for 2 weeks, then extended for 1 more week, and I never had any soundproofing issues with the neighbors. There is a bar outside though with rather loud music in the evening (not late into the night), but the music was quite good and I didn't mind it. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had

Staff were exceptional from check-in to well after check-out. We were greeted by staff taking our bags up the entry steps and a glass of iced tea to beat the Nha Trang heat. We booked a premier executive seaview room and it didn’t disappoint - clean, comfortable and gorgeous vistas from the main sleeping area and bathroom. The kitchen was also accommodating of my vegan breakfast needs on request. We chose to store our luggage on site and were again given tea as we set off for our late night train. This was by far the best property we stayed at in terms of amenities, accommodation and relative price during our 13 day stay in Vietnam.

We loved the location of it, 3 mins to the beach, many great food places around, the rooftop pool was a bit smaller than I expected but great. The staff were really nice too. You can also get spa treatment at the top.

My room was fantastic, the service was great and I very much enjoyed my stay! The location was also great! The staff speak good English. 💖 I'd stay with V Hotel Nha Trang again, with no hesitation. They also considered my requests way before my arrival, as I wasn't sure if their rooms had a bath or shower. I understood they had both, and they ensured to allocate me a room with a bath as requested.

Location is walkable to white lotus tower as the city signature and one block from main road along the beach, buffet breakfast is quite variety compared to price we paid just coffee and tea hadn't made by machine but in pots instead. The mirror in room can turn on the white light which is good for lady cosmetic make up and bring the room lighter also.

Fabulous modern hotel in prime location for beach , shops and restaurants. Lovely big room. Cleaned daily. The whole hotel was clean and the reception staff were very welcoming. They provided a packed breakfast for an early checkout. We would certainly return here. The bathroom had a great touch screen lighted mirror. The first hotel we could see ourselves in the mirror.

Ideal location. Near the night market and across the road from the beach. Spacious clean rooms. Window in toilet which is quite rare in any hotel. Really good value for money. Buffet breakfast was ok with a mix of western and Viet foods. Swimming pool on top of the building. They offer massages at discounted rates.

Think Holiday Inn in VN: clean, comfortable, has all the basics one needs but nothing to write home about. This hotel has everything up to an acceptable standard. The room is clean, well organised, comfortable and the staff are very accommodating and trying their best. The location is great as you have everything on your door steps: the beach, the massage, around the world restaurants, the night market… For the price I was paying, I am very happy with the service. 5 stars because the staff are very nice.
