V Hotel Nha Trang

Breakfast was great the room very spacious, bed very comfortable,had a view of city from one window,and ocean views from another window. All the staff from Sandy who runs the hotel to the doorman and all other staff were fantastic I could not fault anything about hotel and can't wait to go back,.

It was my second stay in as short as a week. I gambled it and never regretted. Breakfast was good for such establishment. Had a welcome drink from the hotel, which was a nice gesture. Check-in was smooth, though needed to pay a refundable deposit of 500,000 VND (instead of leaving my passport with the reception). Concierge cum guard was helpful to carry the luggage and show us the room. Room was clean with a great view of part of the city and partial sea view. Location was rather strategic.

Really nice hotel right in the middle of all the action. Short walk to the beach and food outlets. Room was really nice with a huge bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom is good with a huge shower and you get a view of the ocean as you wash. Room is serviced every day and sachets of coffee provided. One night there was a noisy group taking loudly in the hallway but this was soon stopped I think by the security guard. Staff are OK, not the friendliest but it’s a big hotel, not a Homestay so to be expected.

the staff was wonderful! They were attentive, kind, and respectful. We never felt rushed or struggled to communicate with them of our needs. The breakfast is complimentary and delicious every single time, we had an early morning flight on our day of checkout and they packed us a boxed breakfast. I have traveled all over the world and no one has done this kind gesture for us. They offer airport service for a fee and provided excellent drivers to pick and drop us off! We wanted to visit DaLat and they offered us to book a private car with them so we could travel there comfortably and the driver would take us to 5 or 6 different places depending on the time. it was perfect and comfortable and he was a skilled motorist. Everything is within walking distance and there are a lot of good restaurants and street food stalls in the vicinity as well as shopping malls. The staff is what really makes this hotel wonderful though, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy which is really what you come here for!
